INTAKE FORMS – LEAP INTEGRATION
Our online Client Intake Forms now allow you to export all the information gathered directly into LEAP. These Client Intake Forms use fields that directly correspond with LEAP, so the information can seamlessly export to LEAP as a new Matter. Not only does this save you non-billable time as you don’t have to manually enter data but it is easy for your client to fill in at their convenience.
We have also added new Online Client Intake Forms for many different matters and areas of law, all relevant for your state or territory.

ADDED FUNCTIONALITY TO THE ENQUIRIES HUB
On top of having more control over your incoming enquiries, the Enquiries Hub now lets you track the status of your prospective clients so you know when to follow up. You can log calls, emails and update the status with each lead, providing you with a clear overview of all your interactions. This functionality is available for Zaliet clients in all regions.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN THE UK
Our UK clients can now benefit from offering their clients modern payment options in their Service Portal. RapidPay integration now means your clients can pay by either debit card or credit card. With RapidPay you can import your bank statements to LEAP for your client bank to enable automated matching and reconciliation. You can also automate receipt postings in LEAP.
PRICE LIST MANAGEMENT TOOL
Manage your price lists with our new Price List Management tool. You have the control to update and add price lists easily without delay in your Service Portal. To ensure you remain SRA compliant in England you can add your services, disbursements, key stages and timescales, and qualifications of your fee earners.
With your Appointments Dashboard, you now have more control over your appointments. You have the ability to reschedule, cancel and amend appointments from the Dashboard in the Enquiries Hub. Your Appointments Dashboard also allows you to view the history of your appointments and upcoming appointments so you can manage your calendar most effectively.
FIRM BRANDING WITHIN YOUR SERVICE PORTAL
We have updated the ‘Read your Documents’ tab to solely feature and include your firm’s branding, this is known as white labelling. White labelling is valuable for your firm – your clients can come to trust that they are doing business with your firm; helping to build credibility.
